Mayan Tomb Discovery Images

I found these photographs from a couple of different internet pages regarding the Mayan Tomb story.

The first shows a wall carving that would make the environment really interesting in our film. I also like the signs of age on the carving where the eyes and the mouth have been eroded or the rocks have fallen.
I like the idea that the area is steeped in history and the narrative of the environment has been continuing for a long time before our hero arrives there.

The second image is one of the artifacts that was found at the site. I like the fluid looking design of the piece and the rounded edges of it. This also gives an idea to the type of material that would have been used as well as the colours we could use in the pyramid section of the film.

I am going to look more into this and determine which artifacts or traps could provide the action sequences in the narrative and try and plan the King's chamber.
